Good stuff DeMar, play within yourself and break that rim!

Great game, DeMar. Too bad you guys couldn't come away with the victory. I can't wait for the season to start!

With Jack likely on his way to TO, as Indy is unlikely to match, the Raptors have their back-up point and shooting guard all in one. Just another big, maybe some more wing help, and we are set to rock and roll.

From a 33 win team, the Raptors as long as they stay healthy should be around the 50 win mark, and hopefully home court in the 1st round of the playoffs.

Demar, you are going to be a big part of the Raptors success, and as long as you drive to the hole and take it hard and play suffocating defense, you will be just fine, as your mid-range jumper is already a thing of beauty, as you only need to extend your range when necessary, but that is small potatoes. Just focus on getting to the charity stripe for those +1's and all Raptor fans will be ecstatic.

Looking good DeMar... can't wait for the season to start. Looks like we might be getting Jarrett Jack too... should be an amazing season!

I think you have what it take to crack the starting line-up. I'd like to see you there playing with the big boys.... but throughout the season, I also think that you would be a spark coming off the bench and playing with the second unit.

I know everyone, especially rookies, love to start but if you do come off the bench, take it as an opportunity to dominate other second units in the league.

Through the first two games of summer league, you have shown impressive even-heeled composure and patience. That is RARE for a young player and I truly hope that you will be known as the kid who's the first one to arrive and the last one to leave.

This is going to be a real special year!

I am so excited to have you a member of our team, Demar.

I have had my eye on you since last fall, hoping on hope that somehow you would fall into our laps.

If you just keep doing what you are doing, working on your game, the sky is the limit.

Work on that outside shot and work your handle. If you can breakdown defenders off the dribble, going to your left and right, with equal deftness, you will dominate in this league as you see fit on any given night.

But you must continue to put in the extra hours. All it takes is repetition.

You are in an ideal situtation with this team.

We do not NEED you to dominate this season. We have a number of scoring options.

If you continue to play within yourself, as you have been doing, working hard on D, you will see a huge improvement in your game between the first and second half of the season.

With what seems might be the immenent signing of Jarrett Jack, I cannot wait to see the 2 of you on the court together. I think you will become fast friends. I wouldn't mind seeing the two of you coming off the bench, giving the second unit some scoring punch, at least to start the season. What a sick combo you two will be.

Keep it up DeMar, Raptor fans are really excited for you to be here. It's been awhile since we've had a wing on the roster we could rely on to aggressively attack the rim--if you can do that at the next level you'll be an easy fan favorite!

We are blessed to have you on our team DeMar. I think you can beat out Delfino from starting line up. Ever since you arrived in T.O. nothing but good has happened around our team. This is definitely going to be a good season - possibly passing the team record of 47 wins.
