Wassup fam? Big night last night. If you don’t already know, I’m the newest member of the New Jersey Nets. Anyhow, NBA.com caught some footage of me getting a fresh cut for the draft. Take a look when you have a chance.
I had a flip cam with me throughout my time in New York, so I’ll be posting some more behind the scenes video for y’all a little bit later.

Last night was a big night for Patty Mills, DeMar DeRozan and Terrence Williams. Patty was drafted by the Portland Trailblazers, DeMar was selected by the Toronto Raptors, and Terrence is now a New Jersey Net. Each player is now headed out for press conferences with their respective new teams.
In the next couple of days we’ll be bringing you reaction from each team’s bloggers, as well as behind the scenes footage of the draft from each of the players. Each guy was armed with their own flip cam for draft day, so they probably all have some great behind the scenes footage for us. Congrats again to Patty, DeMar and Terrence for making it to the big leagues.
Keeping in touch with fans is really important to me. Sites such as Twitter and Facebook made it easier for athlete’s such as myself to communicate with fans. After my workout with the New Jersey Nets, I took some time to take part in a twitterview (interview conducted on twitter) with the blog Nets Are Scorching. You can take a look at the twitterview here.

As green room invitees, Terrence and DeMar took part in the NBA Draft’s media session yesterday. Terrence had some really tough questions thrown his way during the media session, but did a wonderful job being honest and real. His twitter name is therealtwill for a reason. Here are vids of both sessions:
A few months back I was interviewed by Justin Walsh of SLAM Magazine. We talked about me growing up in Compton, my experience playing Tim Floyd and my experience playing against Kobe Bryant. Take a look at the interview here.
